YEAH!!! I managed to watch the movie i wanted to watch before my first day of work tml :)

Went to watch it at marina square with my two daughters ( Si Jia and Zi ying) haha.

Due to the rain, we were unable to carry out our initial plan which is to have a picnic at marina barrage. Therefore, we watched a movie instead :)

Since they already made food for the picnic... we found a place to eat them :) haha Zi ying made delicious cheese hotdogs which are really NICE! haha and Si Jia made BITE - SIZED chicken and egg mayo sandwiches :) They were both really good haha. and i am the slack one who bought sushi from marketplace :(.

Went to watch clash of the titans with pa tong this afternoon. It is my first time watching.. i think and it is good as the story was explained well. I just find that the ending was quite disappointing as the action part was so short. The start was awesome and as the mood builds up throughout the movie, it got me really excited to see how Persesus would fight the Kraken and defeat Hades. I expected alot of action to happen and defeating hades would be really hard but... it seemed so easy by just a swing of the sword given by Zeus with Persesus piercing it through Hades.

Next movie i want to watch is HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON :) Really hope i got time to do so.

I am starting work next monday :) 5th April :)

I am so sorry for bring so caught up with school and cca commitments that i didnt have much time for you when you are back here in Singapore. and now in a flash, i am sending you off and not knowing when you will be back again. 1st March marks the end of my Poly Education but the Start of the Salvo Concert Training Program!
Had lunch with jasmine, elspeth, seowpeng, sherine, melissa, yanling, shi ting and yangling at waraku at iluma. Watched Valentine's day with elspeth and jasmine at GV Plaza. Went for eyebrow threading at Suntec brow hause and met sam for late dinner at Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal Soup! at changi road near kembangan mrt station. It is awesome!!! the Pork Mee Sua in herbal soup and Fired Tofu with pork floss and sweet sauce is simple delicious :)

At my grandma house :) Salvo training has ended. i get to go to my grandma house for dinner everyday!

It's awesome!!! Really am glad to be there like always! Whenever i am there i would be at peace and being able to chat with my grandma and grandpa is a great blessing to me. They are a blessing in my life. Thank God that grandpa is doing so much better now... he is eating his meals well and more active now:). It's just this indescribable joy and sense of calmness i get when i am there. it's amazing ahha. My refuge place! :)

Many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment.

As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you. Don't take it personally.

One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport.

We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us.

My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches!

The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us.

My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really friendly.

So I asked, 'Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined
your car and sent us to the hospital!'

This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call,

'The Law of the Garbage Truck.'

He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment.

As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you. Don't take it personally.

Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets.

The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day.

Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets,

so ... Love the people who treat you right.

Finally, left with just one more project presentation and got to start revising and studying for the 5 papers. Having salvo training everyday can really be tough at times but i managed to pull through it all. I am sorry for making mistakes and not really able to concentrate on today's training thou. I left training at around 9.20 to rush down to my grandma house to celebrate her 73TH birthday.

Having not gone to visit my grandparents and have dinner there for a very long time already, made me miss them alot as they are really the joy of my life. My grandma is my inspiration as even though having gone though so much in her life, having to stay happy and cheerful at all times despite many obstacles she may face, she always kept the faith in her and choose to always look on the bright side of life. When i arrived at my grandma house, all of my cousins, aunts were there. It was great to see them and have s chat to keep up with them. Congrats to my cousin who did super well in his O levels :) You're the man joseph ahha!

After i had my dinner, it was cake cutting time!. As usual everyone would gather at the round dinner table to sing birthday song for the birthday person in the middle. After the songs were completed, my grandma made her birthday wish, blow off the candles and cut the cake,we took pictures with her :)

We all sang and clap our hands in unity for my grandma and i could see the joy in her eyes.
A few days ago, my sister mention to me that my grandma was afraid that no one would come to her birthday party and my sis told me to be there. Having seen everyone present and my grandma having such joy in her eyes as we all were there to celebrate her b'day brought tears to my eyes as i sang the birthday songs. I was just so touched and really felt the family warmth.

Having been so caught up with sch work and salvo seems to make me numb to certain things of which i am glad that now i have the time to think about my next move, recap and practice scores and just take a moment to ponder and think.

Year 2009, truly a year of life changing experiences and encounters for me...
Had both the best time of my life and the bad ones haha :)
OSIP was a blessing to me :) Really am grateful to be able to have my internship there.
After OSIP, back to school... last sem is crazy yet i want to do my best and treasure this last sem before i make a decision on the next path to take...
Gotta keep on moving forward but i will always have a part of this year in my heart and mind.
I will miss you 2009 :) haha

Argh! i have no idea what to do now, with deadlines coming and projects whereby i am having a heard time doing and just alot of things going through my mind and i am unable to sort them out properly. feel so drained out and lost .... but a visit to my grandma house helped me solve everything!

All it takes was for me to just to sit by and see how my grandma and grandpa are figuring out how to fit sofa seat cushions into the cases just fills my heart with so much joy. With my grandma sitting on her arm chair ordering my grandpa around, telling him which sofa seat fits into which case and my grandpa working very hard trying to find the correct match just like fixing up a jigsaw puzzle. after awhile they were quarreling over which side of the sofa seat goes into the case and my grandma just keeps calling my grandpa funny names of which caused me to burst out laughing haha but my grandpa just listen and diligently zips the cases up. This is just such a beautiful picture that never fails to cheer me up :) Grandparents working hard tgt to do house chores :)

Gtg back to doing projects :) haha
